If I Link Overwatch to Xbox Do I Have to Buy Again
I've played a tonne of OW on PC and unlocked just about everything. If I buy the game on Xbox, does that stuff all carry over? Like, do you have to log into your Bnet business relationship? Or do you start from scratch again?
As far as I know, the game doesn't not back up cross-progression all the same.
Information technology seems that Blizzard is working on it, merely at the moment y'all have to restart from the commencement.

Hi Whiteleaf2012
Unfortunately no.
Here is an extract from an commodity I found:
"Overwatch has a huge player base across different platforms, and some of those have more than ane platform to play it on.
Notwithstanding, the role player's progress is non transferable to some other platform. Players will not exist able to choice upwardly in PC from where they left off in Xbox One, for example. Manifestly, this problem is large enough that the developers have thought virtually enabling cross-sharing between PC and panel.
"It'south something we would very similar to explore," said Jeff Kaplan, Blizzard'southward atomic number 82 designer onOverwatch.
"Information technology's very challenging for many reasons, and I won't become into all the details as to why, just I think it's a very valid want that our players take and information technology's something that theOverwatch team would beloved to figure out."
Kaplan did not share when theOverwatch feature could exist coming nor did he promise that it volition be arriving at all. He did say, though, that they volition proceed to work on information technology and make it happen if they can find a way to overcome the challenges of getting cantankerous-sharing to work.
If it does happen, it will benefit players who won't take to level up different accounts anymore. It should also allow the transfer of items, such as loot and skins, from PC to console."

Level progress does not. In that location are a few things that do, such as consequence skins/twitch donation skins and any donated skins/profile icons (such as Mercy'south Cancer support). Individual skins that are unlocked through the game are not carried over.

It doesn't. Nonetheless, think they've been looking into it. I'd accept all your Battlenet info ready for when the solar day comes though, because that might be the easiest for them to link progress when they do.
